We accept returns only for items purchased through https://my-dew.com. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer such as Amazon, eBay, etc., please contact the retailer or store directly.

Should you wish to return items for certain reason, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused, within 30 days of the delivery date.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and certain sale products may not be eligible for refunds, as indicated beforehand. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase amount will be applied to all returns and deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Please note the following:

• You are responsible for covering shipping costs and ensuring the safe return of the products. You may select the carrier of your choice for the return shipment. Please note that a return label will not be provided.
• Partial order cancellations are not permissible.
• All return refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.
• Our return policy is subject to change at any time without prior notification.
