Shipping Policy

 

This shipping policy only applies to items purchased through https://my-dew.com. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer such as Amazon, eBay, etc., please contact the retailer or store directly.

 

Have you received a faulty item or a product you didn't order?

In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective product, please reach out to our Customer Support Team promptly. We will promptly investigate the issue and provide a resolution. For expedited assistance, please include your contact information along with photographs of the received products and the packaging box.

 

IMPORTANT:

As our products are shipped from fulfillment centers located in the United States, shipping to Canada may incur taxes and duties as it involves cross-border international shipping. Please be advised that additional customs fees may apply for shipments to Canada. We recommend checking the estimated tax duties before placing orders on https://my-dew.com/.

The recipient of the order is responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs authorities when clearing their parcel or upon receipt of the item. We do not accept returns on orders due to tax issues.

 

1.     International Shipping

We provide international shipping to the following countries:

SHIPPING AVAILABLE:

  • Within the Domestic U.S.
  • Canada

SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE:

  • Shipping outside of the U.S/Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands and Armed Forces Americas/Yukon territory in Canada.

** Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

2.     Delivery Failure

 

  • Missing Parcel

If a parcel fails to reach a customer within 60 days, it is deemed missing. In such cases, we can either resend a new parcel or issue a refund.

  • Unclaimed Returns

Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information will not be refunded for shipping fees. We are happy to resend the order, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please ensure accurate address and contact information is provided.

 

3.     Customs Related Issues

The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Shipments outside of South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary, so it is advisable to contact your local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery days.
